He was a gold medalist at MusicFest Northwest in May 2009, and his performance was broadcast on Spokane's NPR station. He will perform Franz Schubert's Wanderer Fantasy in C and Alexander Scriabin's Poème Satanique in C.

WSU Marching Band

A small ensemble of select musicians from the WSU Cougar Marching Band will entertain guests as they make their way to Todd Hall for dinner.

The Cougar Marching Band, directed by Donald Hower, is touted as "The Best in the West!" The band includes more than 250 talented musicians, whose performances routinely fill the air with Cougar Pride.
